Registration alone does not assign the Creator role. The role, default Approved monetization status, and New Creator badge are assigned when your account is linked to its first character or roleplay. Administrators can change the account status, and item-by-item discovery moderation remains a separate decision.

Yes! Creating and publishing characters and roleplays is completely free. You can create as many as you like.

There is no limit. You can create and manage as many characters and roleplays as you want from a single account.

Yes, you can delete or unpublish characters and roleplays at any time from your creator dashboard.

Users can tap the "Adjust" button on any character profile to customize it to their personal preferences. These changes are private — only visible to the user who made them. Your original character is never modified, and other users will always see your original version.

Public visibility makes the character profile shareable, but it does not put the character in discovery automatically. User-created content needs a moderator to mark it In Feed before it can appear in discovery or Featured.

Try adding more detail to the personality description. Use specific examples of how they should and shouldn't behave. The more context you provide, the more consistent they'll be.

Images may be rejected if they violate our content guidelines, are too low quality, contain watermarks, or include prohibited content. Check the guidelines and try uploading a different image.

This isn't expected behavior. If images you uploaded are no longer showing in your gallery, contact support with details — when it happened, and if possible, a screenshot or the names of the missing images. We'll investigate.

We support JPG, PNG, and WebP formats. Images are optimized to 768x1024 pixels for display. If your image won't upload, try converting it to JPG or PNG and reducing the file size below 50MB.

Go to your profile settings and update your email. You'll need to verify the new address before the change takes effect.

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You'll receive an email with reset instructions.
