Learn how to share your characters and roleplays to grow your audience.

Use the Share controls in Earnings or on a public profile so the copied URL matches the current character or roleplay:

  • Character Profile — The canonical public page for one character.
    https://talkiemate.com/character/profile/your-character-slug/
  • Character Chat — Opens a chat with one character.
    https://talkiemate.com/chat/your-character-slug/
  • Roleplay Profile — The canonical public page for one roleplay. Its Start action resolves the roleplay cast and opens chat with the active roleplay context.

  • Creator Profile — The Share button beside My Characters or My Roleplays copies your public creator collection link.

2. Social Media Promotion

Promote your characters on platforms where your audience hangs out:

  • Instagram & TikTok — Post character images or short video clips with a call-to-action in your bio or comments.
  • Reddit & Communities — Share in relevant subreddits or Discord servers. Always follow community rules.
  • Twitter / X — Post character quotes, screenshots, or teasers with your direct chat link.

Pro tip

Open a copied link in a private browser window before posting it. Private content is owner-only; public content can be shared directly even when it is not yet approved for discovery feeds.

How earnings work

The current share is 60% of qualifying gross purchases attributed to your creator content. A share link can lead to tracked profile or chat activity, but clicks, conversations, purchases, and earnings are separate events and no link guarantees revenue.

3. Tracking Performance

Monitor how your characters are performing:

  • Conversations — How many chats the dashboard associates with each character or roleplay.
  • Credits Spent — Tracked paid-user credit activity shown for each item.
  • Gross & Your Share — Qualifying attributed purchase revenue and the creator amount calculated by the platform.
  • Current Balance — Calculated creator earnings minus the amount already recorded as withdrawn.
